We sincerely respect your delivery requirements. We will refund or credit all or part of your charges in the event of any delivery delayed due to an error on our part. Our on-time guarantee may be void when you request changes between the placement of the order and when we need to ship it. We always suggest you place your order so as to receive it a day before it really must be there. Things happen!
We will perform a free courtesy design and layout check on your file, look for image quality issues and will offer our suggestions if needed. We will check for any sizing or proportion errors and offer possible solutions.
In the unlikely event of an error on our part, your order will be reprinted immediately and reshipped at no charge. If FedEx misses your planned delivery or damages your order we will reprint and ship at no charge.
Our responsibility shall never exceed the full refund of the purchase price. In no instance shall we be responsible for consequential damages.
All reorders and remakes are billed as new orders. We cannot guarantee exact color matching between output done at different times. Orders reprinted due to customer errors are offered a 1/3 discount from the original order, and must be done within 10 days.
The purchaser is fully responsible for obeying the United States copyright laws, including having the permission of the copyright holder to reproduce their work. MegaPrint Inc. will not violate federal copyright laws. By submitting your artwork to us, physically or electronically, you agree to release us and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, or liability resulting from our reproduction of any artwork you supply to us.
We collect your information when you place an order or request a quote. We do not share it with anyone else. We'll send you an email from time to time about special promotions or new products. We promise not to pester you, and you can opt out of our emails.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately so that we can refund or reprint your order as appropriate. Claims regarding damaged packages should be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Canceled orders are charged for all labor and materials completed and used up to the point of cancellation.
Payment is due via credit card when you order online, or when you pick up your order in person. Net 30 accounts are available with credit approval.
Since everything we do is custom printed for you, returns are only allowed for defective items. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items are not returnable. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving your order. We will email you instructions. Call us on 800-590-7850 if you have any problems with your order.
Our policy is to replace defective items unless the time has passed when they are useful, in which case we will refund the purchase price either to the credit card we charged or as a credit to your account. This usually takes a day or two.
All orders are shipped FOB point of origin Holderness NH, USA.
Our minimum order charge is $35 for routine large format prints, $50 for flatbed printing and $100 for CNC routed work.
